The L2000 series devices are available with different D/M and Touch controls. The L2000 D/M are equipped with a manual hinged lid, a balanced manual lifting device of the basket using a lever and a gas shock absorber, and the L2000 Touch is equipped with automatic opening of the steam lid, automatic tipping of the product, automatic removal of the basket at the end of baking.
