Fettboy Digital desktop machines are especially suitable for small production of any type of donuts (donuts, berliners, balls, French doughnuts). This is due to the small capacity of the basket - up to 20-30 dough pieces.

The MINI 20 unit with a built-in 8-tier proofing chamber and a 2-liter water tank allows you to combine the stages of the production process in one machine.

The L2000 series devices are available with different D/M and Touch controls. The L2000 D/M is equipped with a manual hinged lid, balanced manual basket lifting device using a lever and a gas shock absorber, and the L2000 Touch is equipped with automatic steam lid opening, automatic product tipping, automatic basket lifting at the end of baking.
