ITES infrared convection ovens with different baking surface areas work by infrared heating. The oven is convenient for use in bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, hotels, and convenience stores. It is ideal for cooking deep-frozen food: baguette, pizza, ciabatta, pretzels, etc.

The furnace body is made of Teflon-coated stainless steel. The intuitive touch control interface facilitates the operation process and allows you to use 50 individual baking programs. The upper and lower baking temperatures are regulated separately. Continuous operation or serial production is possible. The time interval for any process (baking time and temperature, defrosting time, cutting time) is determined arbitrarily and can be saved in the baking program. Three different user levels are available (password protected). The furnace is equipped with a special cleaning mode and waste bins.
